Taxi was a few minutes early, which suited us perfectly. Driver was polite and we discussed the best route. Drop off was considerate to us and other road users. Price was fair. Thank you City Cars - a great improvement on our last experience!
I booked a couple of taxis through the app, which was very easy and straightforward. While the first taxi was prompt and well-driven, we had a slight issue, but this was very quickly picked up and courteously fixed

Brilliant service, great that you can ring through direct to your booked driver, also lovely driver Ash was so understanding about traffic delays etc so waited in Birmingham till I arrived, and got me to Lichfield in amazingly quick (but safe!) time. Thanks so much

We booked a taxi earlier in the day ti collect us from home in Whittington to take us to Lichfield. It arrived on time a d room us to where we wanted. Driver was courteous and car was immaculate.
